DESCRIPTION: This is a mint condition copy of the 1st Dischord pressing of Gray Matter's first LP, "Food for Thought." Dischord No. 48, 1990
(NOTE - this record was originally released in 1985 by R&B Records, and it was re-released by Dischord in 1990 - the record for sale here is from the 1st pressing of the Dischord version of the record, put out in 1990. This is NOT an original copy of the R&B record from 1985!!)
Contains an inner sleeve with band collage and lyrics.
CONDITION / PROVENANCE: This record is in absolutely mint condition, and has never, ever been played. It has been kept in a plastic sleeve away from light and dust for the last 24 years. Both jacket and vinyl are in absolutely mint condition. This record is unconditionally guaranteed to be an original 1st pressing (again, of the Dischord re-issue), from 1990. It comes from my (Jeff Nelson - Minor Threat/Dischord Records) punk archives, which are being downsized after continuing to be described as "too big" and "insane" or containing "more than my potential kids or grandkids will ever want." Please see my auction for lots of other punk/hardcore flyers and records as well as other jetsam I'll be putting up for sale......
